Supplement Facts Amount Per Serving % Daily Value Calories 8 Total Carbohydrate 1.5 g < 1% Echinacea (Echinacea spp.)(Roots and Tops) 418 mg Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis)(Roots) 74 mg Suggested Use: Shake Well. As a dietary supplement, take 1 dropperful (1 mL) 1 - 4X daily. Measure in dropper and put in mouth, water, juice or mix with warm water to make a tea. Other Ingredients: De-ionized Water, 44% Pure Grain Alcohol, and Glycerin. Warnings: Long term, continuous use for more than two weeks is NOT recommended.
