Hylands Bryonia Alba 30X Rheumatic Pain, Dry Cough Bryonia Alba (White Bryony) is a homeopathic remedy for dry cough, rheumatic pain, headache, dryness of the mucous membrane, pleurisy. Ingredients: Bryonia Alba Standard Single Remedy From P & S Laboratories (Hylands) For Dry Cough And Joint Stiffness. This Product Carries The Standard Homeopathic Label (Not Hyland) Recommend: Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
