Ingredients of Biochem Phosphate Calcarea Phosphorica 3x (Phosphate of calcium), Ferrum Phosphoricum 3X (Phosphate of Iron), Kali Phosphoricum 3x (Phosphate of Potassium), Magnesia Phosphorica 3x (Phosphate of Magnesium), Natrum Phosphoricum 3x (Phosphate of Soda) in a base of lactose USP Suggested Use: Adults: 6 tablets dissolved under tongue before meals and at bedtime. Children: 3 tablets as above. Warning: Do not use if cap band is broken or missing. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children.
